Our goal is to help you return broken units to your working inventory for increased profits. When we receive your telephones, they are logged in with your purchase order or work order number and if tagged, we retain that information for each unit.
Each unit is then tested and any needed repairs are done. The unit is then cleaned to like-new conditions. A new designation strip and plastic cover is put on each one then retested. It is then packaged in a plastic bag along with a new 12' handset cord and 7' base cord and
placed in a new box. The outside of the box is then labeled with the type of phone it is. (ASAP Connections does not put any stickers or logo on the outside of the unit or box.) A "tested" label is placed across the box seam indicating the unit has not been tampered with and
is ready for use at your customer's site. We deliver conveniently to your facility via UPS. All repairs are backed by a 1-year warranty and, of course, satisfaction is always guaranteed! LCD replacement for additional $15 per phone. Prices include testing, repairing, refurbishing,
retesting and packaging.
